Scripts Not going to Testsafe (Troubleshooting)
Scripts Not going to Testsafe (Troubleshooting)
Background
For scripts to be sent to a repository such as Testsafe the patient must be flagged as Opt In in the script. This was default with non-eScripts. The flag for Opt In is set on the prescriber's end when they enter the prescription into their software. Legally RxOne must follow the consent set by the prescriber.
If you get a notification that a patient’s script has not been sent to Testsafe you can check this flag in the script. Open the script in RxOne, and select:
Claim > Additional Claim Details
Click View eScript Details
Scroll down to Patient View Consent
If Patient View Consent says Yes then it should have been sent to Testsafe, if it says No then it will not be sent. This flag needs to be set by the prescriber.
