Printing Duplicate CRC's

CRCs can be duplicated for any repeat on a script which has an SS component, whether or not the Pharmacy program thinks one is needed. Duplicate CRC’s can only be printed for repeats.

To duplicate a CRC

• Bring up the patient's history.

• Highlight the items which you want on the duplicate CRC.

• Select Duplicate and the Duplicating window will pop up.

• Tick the 'CRC' box. Untick the 'label' box if label not wanted.

• Press Ok

 Shortcut for today's scripts

Today's scripts are displayed on the Dispensing Main Screen, so select them directly from there;

• Highlight the item(s) for the CRC off the Dispensary Main Screen.

• Select Duplicate and the Duplicating window will pop up.

• Tick the 'CRC?' box. Untick the 'label' box if label not wanted.

• Press Ok

Notes

• It is possible to repeat labels, receipts and CRCs together or separately from the Duplicate pop-up.

• Any combination of scripts may be selected to go on the same CRC or receipt, even if not dispensed at the same time
