Copying a Script

To copy/replicate;

From the Main Dispensing menu, New script and highlight the items to be copied. Scroll down if necessary to pick any off the screen. Then select Copy or use the shortcut key <ctrl+Y>.

Notes

• 'Copy' is similar to a Repeat where you select script(s) to copy from the history, but the scripts are assigned new script numbers and new date dispensed etc, and a new expiry date calculated.

• Do not confuse with duplicating a label or foil, which does not create a new script.

• Do not confuse with repeating an original script.

• Bulk Copy of many scripts for institutions can also be done.
