You can view a patient’s Subsidy Card status from within the RxOne Patient screen.

Setup

You need to set this option up.

Double Click on Internet Schemes.

Open

Find the Subsidy Card(PSC) row and tick:

• Internet Scheme Enabled

Select Active for all Customers under Internet Scheme Type and User Scheme Type.

Click Save to exit from the Editor.

Using the Search

The first time you use this feature you will need to exit dispensary by closing it down completely.

View the Subsidy Card status

In Dispensary, open a patient’s information screen and select the Other Schemes tab. If it is the first time you have used the screen that day, you may be asked to confirm the Electronic Certificate. The patient’s information will show in the Other Schemes tab. Note that the information is requested via the internet so it may take a couple of seconds to load.
